My experience and focus is helping companies develop current talent and future leaders so that the organization can achieve its mission, vision and values or the purpose that it exists. I'm looking for an opportunity in I-O Psychology, business or management analytics, or business analysis as it is my passion to support professionals in increasing value in their talent as well as research data to explore new growth and development opportunities for business and building relationships with people.

I have more than 15 years of experience in practicing Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In organizational development and change, my responsibilities were to define, create and deliver systemic solutions, assessing behaviors and evaluating strengths and weaknesses of business groups. As a training, learning and coaching professional, I designed and developed training programs using ADDIE and Gardner's Intelligence theory training and development principles and adult learning theory in creating the training around realistic and relatable professional experience.

 

In the analytics space, I worked with data and statistical programs like SPSS, Jamovi and Tableau to research current and hidden data trends which provided company leadership valuable and summarized information to make decisions exploring new opportunities and engaging emerging threats to talent and skills performance success. Some of my projects including organizing data to report strengths and weaknesses in job training programs, analyzing pre and post training impact in customer service skills, hiring and tenure in public utility departments, analysis and reporting performance management healthcare performance metrics and researching employee engagement metrics.
